RT reports from the scene of a Ukrainian drone attack where at least four children have been killed and 40 wounded at a school dormitory. The aftermath reveals the scale of the heavy weapons used. Rescue teams continue to search for more children being trapped under the rubble, as 18 families wait and hope to find their loved ones. Moscow says such strikes are carried out with help of NATO calling out the latest attack as a deliberate terrorist-like targeting of children - a strategy similar to what the Nazis did in World War Two. Russia has requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council after the Ukrainian attack. That's as all necessary requests have been sent to UN and the OSCE while Russia calls the strike a war crime.
