That's after he declares all civilian planes over Russian airspace are at risk of being hit by Ukrainian drones. Russia rejects the EU's accusation that Moscow was behind a drone incident at a German airport, all this after Berlin tries to pin the blame on Russia for what it called a hybrid attack on Ukrainian cargo planes. After Ukraine's main Intel and Security services open fire on each other on the streets of Kiev Vladimir Zelensky calls it a shameful incident, while the agencies insist they are working together to counter a Russian threat.
