ICC only persecutes African leaders and ignores actions of powerful states – Dan Kovalik

Officials from the International Criminal Court have accused the White House of attempting to isolate the legal body and undermine confidence in global justice institutions. RT spoke to American Lawyer, journalist and political activist Dan Kovalik.
